Battlefield 2042[]
40mm Incendiary grenades can be added to the underbarrel grenade launcher on the M5A3, SFAR-M GL, and AC-42 assault rifles, and the DM7 marksman rifle. These function somewhat similarly to handheld incendiary grenades, emitting intense heat. They may embed further into surfaces rather than bounding like the handheld grenades.
As with other 40mm attachments, there are penalties to handling characteristics of the primary weapon while the attachment is equipped.
