It is unlocked by completing the following tasks with Sundance:
- 2 kills with either of Sundance's Smart Explosives
- Inflict 200 damage on enemy soldiers and equipment with Sundance's Scatter Grenade Smart Explosive
- Inflict 250 damage on enemy vehicles with Sundance's Anti-Armor Smart Explosive
