Battlefield 2042: Escalation is the third season of Battlefield 2042 live service. It was revealed on November 17th, 2022 and was available on November 22nd, 2022 to February 28th, 2023.^[1]

Battle of Nordvik[]

Battle of Nordvik was an event between December 20, 2022 to January 10, 2023. It featured three new limited time gamemode, including Conquest Assault, Retribution (Conquest with elements from Breakthrough and Rush) and Breakthrough Chaos (faster movement speed, faster redeploy and faster vehicle call-in). The event also introduced new cosmetics under the theme of Nordvik Control Corps and Black Storm regiment.
