The expansions of Battlefield 4 introduce dozens of new Assignments, functioning in the same manner as those featured in the base game. Upon completion, they unlock new weapons, gadgets, or camouflages for use in-game. They do require players to own an assignment's respective expansion to be unlocked however.

There are currently a total of thirty-two downloadable content assignments (eleven China Rising, ten Second Assault, eleven Naval Strike), with all future expansions expected to include more assignments.

	Perfect Landing	Rank 20 Second Assault	10 Hours on Second Assault Obtain a 10 Killstreak in a round Land on Top of the Tallest Tower on either Operation Firestorm or Caspian Border		It is recommended to get the landing first, and then work on the 10 killstreak in the same game If players get a 10 Killstreak, then die before landing on the tower, the Killstreak will not count In either case the 10 hours must be achieved first.
