Born in Ploiești, Romania, Angel always had a love for taking things apart, building, and rebuilding them. He grew up tinkering with vehicles in his father's auto-repair shop. Angel earned his celestial nickname after a taking one of his souped- up inventions for a near fatal test drive.
His love of tinkering later led him to join and excel in the Romanian Navy. He served with the Navy until his ship was lost at sea, leaving him stranded and desperate. Cobbling together a distress beacon, he caught the attention of a No-Pat vessel and was rescued. Not long after, he officially joined the MFS-04 Exodus's Task Force as a Support Specialist. Offering more than just his incredible technical skills and positive attitude – he's become something of a guardian angel to his No-Pat comrades, and a very valuable and well-liked ally.
Angel sees the possibility of adventure at every turn. His 'out the box' thinking that serves him well as a No-Pat as no matter the crisis he faces, he'll find a solution. He is described as a trouble-shooter, carefree, resourceful, and an eccentric inventor
Angel is equipped with the Loadout Crate as his specialty. When first selected, the player is able to distribute resupply packs, which can be thrown to the ground or directly thrown to a teammate. These will completely top off ammo for friendlies when collected and additionally give them 20 points of armour, similar to IBA Armor Plates. A maximum of three may be carried at any time, but the player will replenish them after a short cooldown.
By pressing Supply Drop. All players may approach the crate to choose a new kit (from the loadouts they've personally created for their own character in Collection), immediately restocking the player (similar to Battlefield 4's Supply Drop). The Loadout Crate, however, does not have an area-of-effect feature. The Loadout Crate may also act as cover against incoming fire but will be destroy if hit with any explosive or armor piercing projectile., the player may deploy a beacon which in turn marks a drop point for Angel to call in a
Angel comes with Trauma Specialist as his trait. It allows him to revive any downed teammate. Unlike Falck, teammates will only have 50% of their health restored once revived. Dispite this, they will automatically be give 20 points of armor.
