The DSR-1 is a bullpup, bolt-action sniper rifle manufactured by the German company DSR-precision GmbH. It is a specialized sniper rifle adopted by some law enforcement agencies, most notably the German GSG 9. It is available in 7.62×51mm NATO, .308 Winchester, .300 Winchester Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum.
The DSR-1 appears in Battlefield 2042 as the DXR-1.

The DXR-1 is a weapon featured in Battlefield 2042, first seen in the reveal trailer.
The DXR-1 is a bullpup sniper rifle with very high precision. It has the fastest bullet velocity out of all sniper rifles at 1,000 m/s. It is a middle ground between the fast SWS-10 and the formidable NTW-50.

- Like the MP28, the player character will use the reserve magazine located under the DXR-1's reciever for the first reload.
- Carbon Series weapon skin was originally called Carbon Black. This was changed in Update 1 (Season 1).[1]
- The original description was "Lightweight and compact, the DXR-1 can still reach out and touch someone with deadly accuracy at up to 800m.". This was changed in a later update.
