EA Black Box (formerly known as Black Box Games) was a video game developer based in Burnaby, British Columbia, and Canada, founded in 1998 by former employees of Radical Entertainment and later acquired by Electronic Arts in 2002. The developer was best known for its involvement in the Need for Speed and Skate series.

The studio also assisted in the development of Battlefield 3 as seen in the game's credits.[1].
