The Flakpanzer Gepard, also known as the Flugabwehrkanonenpanzer Gepard ("anti-aircraft-gun tank 'Cheetah'), is a West German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun (SPAAG) that can operate in any weather conditions and is based on the hull of the Leopard 1.

The GE-26 PAX in Battlefield 6 is modelled after a heavily uparmored Cheetah PRTL, a Dutch export variant of the Gepard, which sports a distinct bar shaped radar.

Cheetah 1A2 is a NATO Mobile Anti-Air vehicle in Battlefield 6. The Pax Armata equivalent is the GE-26 PAX.

Multiplayer

The Cheetah 1A2 is unlocked by default. A second and third loadout slot for the Cheetah 1A2 is unlocked at MAA Mastery 3 and Mastery 7.

By default, the Mobile Anti-Air in Battlefield 6 does not feature an overheat mechanism (which becomes an upgrade option), but fires in strictly 6-round bursts. More clearly, when the player clicks to fire, the autocannon will fire all rounds from its magazine, then consume ammo reserve to reload, and repeat this process.

Contrary to the impression created by the visual effects of the Mobile Anti-Air, its autocannon deals very low damage. The default shell type can deal approximately 64 damage to an infantry soldier if all rounds are hit, which is quite impractical since the bullets fired from the two barrels will not strictly land on where the player's crosshair aims. For vehicles, the AAAP shell can deal approximately 4/7/8 damage to MBT (M1A2 and Leo) and 6/10/12 damage to IFV (Bradley and Strf 09) from the front/side/rear, if all rounds are hit.

Singleplayer

In the singleplayer, two GE-26s appear in Operation Ember Strike, near the end of the level as objectives to destroy.

Multiplayer

The GE-26 PAX is unlocked by default. A second and third loadout slot for the GE-26 PAX is unlocked at MAA Mastery 3 and Mastery 7.

Its performance is identical with its NATO equivalent.
