Forklift

A Forklift in real life

A Forklift (also called a lift truck, a fork truck, or a tow-motor) is a powered industrial truck used to lift and transport materials. The modern forklift was developed in the 1920s by various companies including the transmission manufacturing company Clark and the hoist company Yale & Towne Manufacturing. The forklift has since become an indispensable piece of equipment in manufacturing and warehousing operations. The forklift appears in Battlefield 2: Special Forces as a usable vehicle and also appears throughout the Battlefield-series as a static vehicle.

Battlefield 2[]

The Forklift is a light vehicle used by the United States Navy SEALs, Special Air Service, Insurgent Forces and MEC Special Forces in Battlefield 2: Special Forces. It carries two players, a driver and a passenger who straddles the fork at the front of the vehicle. The forklift should only be used as a transport, as it has low armor and speed, and both occupants are susceptible to small-arm fire.
