In light of recent events, namely the passing of a vote to revert the message wall, article comments, and new forum to the old versions, I think it is important to pass a policy which will stand to tell everybody, including reminding ourselves, that we've gone over this three times and we have never been satisfied with the newer versions of these features.
And secondly, single-user votes should also not be permitted unless they are literally the only person on the site.
Both of these, I think, should be implemented as amendments to the voting policy. Юра

- Very much support these being implemented. Having a concrete stance on the newer features would be nice to prevent this from happening again, and the single-user votes have been an unresolved issue ever since we started losing momentum a while ago. It's not an issue now, but it's good to have them in place for the future. -
