This article is a stub. It is short and in need of fortification. Why not help out?

Halvøy is a map featured in Battlefield V for the Firestorm gamemode. It is the largest in the Battlefield series, approximately ten times larger than Hamada. The map features multiple terrains and weather systems across different regions.
"At the gathering point for a now evacuated village sits an old church whose bell tower can still be heard from afar. Tall windows can provide sights to the surroundings with an excellent sniper’s nest in the tower. There are multiple routes in and out of the church for soldiers, and those brazen enough to loot the exposed gravestones can find valuable gear."
"A dormant depot sits at the base of a cold mountain. Skillful soldiers can turn the trio of large, multi-floored structures at Odenberg into an arena of cross-fire combat by leaping through windows, dashing along roofs to flank unexpecting enemies without ever putting a foot on the ground."

Pluto (Dig Site A)
"A large crater visible during the initial drop-in, Pluto’s mark on Halvøy is also stuffed with loot and a Vehicle Breakout Objective. Players can climb up the coal conveyors to get to higher levels of the dig site. Knowledge of quick routes in and out of the quarry will help players survive."

Baldr's Point
"This island on the shores of Halvøy has managed a quiet existence for its modest homes and lighthouse. The structures can double as trenches during Firestorm and soldiers can jump into the amphibious Schwimmwagen to scout between the neighboring islands and surprise enemies."

Halvdeller
"This village by the lake is a good place for cautious squads to move, due to the long sight-lines on nearby areas. In the middle of Halvdeler sit two AT guns that can demolish opposing buildings. Savvy soldiers can move along the roofs, or traverse under some of the water-side houses to flank looting players on the west jetty."

Minerva Docks
"Dirt, cranes, stacks of wood and steel, the Minerva Docks are an industrial playground and one of the larger landmarks. Expect many soldiers to fall here before they even see the wrath of the Firestorm."

Guderos
"Guderos is a small fishing village on the coast built with picturesque granary buildings that store some nice loot. The uneven terrain and structures are good for cat and mouse play between enemies."

Hansen Farms
"Hansen Farms is comprised of a wide spread of buildings divided by open fields and farm equipment, but soldiers are drawn here for the high-tier loot found in the large barn. Natural cover from ditches, dirt piles, and the fields give soldiers multiple options from which to engage foes. Many tractors have been sighted here."

Halvøy Dam
"The sheer mass of the Halvøy Dam provides enough area for soldiers to travel, recon, and defend like a miniature Maginot Line. At the center of the Dam rests a tight cluster of high-tier gear that can be collected quickly. However, crossing the choke-point is a vulnerable and dangerous endeavor. Cover on the main route is thin and vehicles must carefully weave between anti-tank traps to remain unscathed."

The dam is situated at the southern portion of the map at the end of the river. The dam features two small buildings with basements. Various forms of look can be found inside, with a Safe typically located in the eastern building. Clusters of houses are found at both ends of the dam with a electrical substation directly south of the east end of the dam.
Nanahavn
"Loot and attack from the highest density of buildings in any of the Halvøy landmarks. The coastal town of Nanahavn can be traversed by soldiers willing to weave in and among the tight spaces and into the center market area. The surrounding trees offer soldiers plenty of opportunities for stealth."

Friggatind
"Soldiers will find that the train cars at Friggatind depot are rife with close quarters combat, and firefights on the tracks are all about who gets the better sightlines. The nearby office buildings and warehouse house the strongest positions with the most loot. The warehouse is an infantry cover haven but has exposed routes and is flanked by cliffs."

Watchtowers
"The concrete watchtowers of the former have been constructed along the southwest coastline, between Baldr’s Point and Guderos. The significance of the towers is yet unknown, but it's obvious that the strategic value of the peninsula has been re-evaluated."
— Official Blog
Three concrete watchtowers are situated along the southern coast of the map. They provide players an overlook of the surrounding area.
Blue Forest
"Blue Forest consists of a secluded forest area, suddenly in full blossom. It has been speculated that the unusually early spring in the region is somehow related to the recent geological activity. Head to the west side of the dam and admire the bloom"

Dome
"Recently, the Excavation Site in the southwest mountains, previously deem to be insignificant, has been the scene of feverish activity, and a large dome-like structure now cover the entire site. Large quantities of material and machinery continues to be transported to the site daily. Whatever is being built does not yet appear to be operational"

The Dome is a large structure that has been built on the eastern portion of the map at the Excavation site.
