Oz is the codename used by the Commander of the largest contingent of No-Pat forces. Oz seeks to secure the place of Non-Patriated people following the global disasters of the mid 21st century, and believes that this can only be done by destroying the remaining super powers of the old world, the United States and Russia. To this end, Oz attempts to manipulate both nations into starting the War of 2042.
He was the person who contacted Kayvan Bechir claiming he is the most wanted man alive and commander of the largest contingent of No-Pats forces.
