The MP-445 Varjag was a weapon cut from Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. It was intended to be the secondary weapon of the European Union Support and Sniper kit, but was eventually replaced by the Glock 17 in the final game. Renders of the weapon model were released and the weapon was still included in Modern Combat's Official Prima Guide. It would have performed identically to the other pistols.
