The Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka was a rocket-powered suicide aircraft used by the Japanese towards the end of World War II.
Battlefield V[]
The MXY-7 Rocket is a Squad Reinforcement that was cut from Battlefield V.[1]
It was initially intended to be included as part of fifth Tides of War chapter War in the Pacific as the Japanese equivalent of the JB-2 Rocket, but was scrapped and replaced with the Ki-147 Rocket because sensitivity issues surrounding its historical use. The cut was made fairly early in its development, with only a few UI text strings related to launching the missile remaining to be discovered via datamining.[2]
