The Blanch-Chevallier Grenade Discharger was an experimental grenade launcher built upon the receiver and stock of a Martini-Henry rifle.[1] It was designed by Arnold Louis Chevallier, a British mechanical engineer and explosives expert, and built by J. Blanch & Son of England.
Replacing the rifle's barrel is a 2.5" bore heavy barrel, with an internal dampening piston allowing for fire from the shoulder (unlike Rifle Grenade systems intended to be braced against the ground). A .450 caliber blank cartridge was used to project a proprietary grenade comparable to the standard Mk. 36 Mills Bomb.
Battlefield 1[]
— Weapon description
The Martini-Henry Grenade Launcher is a grenade launcher added in the Battlefield 1: Turning Tides expansion. It is the primary weapon of the Infiltrator Elite Kit.
The grenade fired from the weapon inflicts major damage against infantry, and will explode on impact. The user may receive self-damage from grenades exploding at close range, and self-suppression a short distance further away.
When reloading the weapon, the user ejects the spent cartridge from the breech before inserting a rifle grenade into the muzzle, and loading a new blank.

Trivia[]
According to Sym.gg the Martini Henry Grenade Launcher used to fire a smoke projectile as well. This was probably scrapped in favor of the smoke grenade.
