Medals (Battlefield 1)

Battlefield 1 features fifty-one medals in the game, each being able to be earned one hundred times. Medals still require the completion of specific criteria to unlock, with three to five tiers needing to be completed in order to be awarded the medal. Unlike past installments, however, players may only earn five medals a week.

Originally, only one medal could be tracked at a time. The November 2017 update allowed players to earn progress for all five medals simultaneously. At the end of each week, the progression for these medals is reset and rotated out for another set of five medals.

The game originally featured a total of thirty-four medals. They Shall Not Pass and In the Name of the Tsar added five medals each, while Turning Tides and Apocalypse added six medals each, bringing the total to fifty-six medals.
