Namaqualand is a country located in the Richtersveld of what formerly belonged to South Africa. It is the home of the No-Pats.
History[]
On November 15th 2043, Oz successfully deployed the Shearwater-2, resulting in a powerful storm to develop in the desert near the Synseco facility in Egypt. Militaries across the world responded by attacking No-Pat strongholds across the globe. The No-Pats were successful in driving forces back, dealing an embarassing defeat to the world's superpowers. To compound matters further, Oz released evidence that implicated CIA Agent Noah Wolff's involvement in the 2040 Blackout as well the United States efforts to cover it up.
These events left Oz free to establish his own sovereign nation for all No-Pats. Over the next five years, technology of the Shearwater transformed the once barren desert of the Richtersveld into a thriving oasis for all No-Pats.[1]
