A Palm Rest is a handle placed close to the trigger that makes holding a rifle easier as it allows the user to let the weapon rest on their forearm instead of having to hold it out.

The Palm Rest is a weapon attachment featured in Battlefield 1.
The attachment only appears on the Marksman variants on the single-action rifles that are usable by the Scout class.
