Battlefield 6[]
Pax Armata was formed sometime in the early 2020s.[note 1] As the global order eroded in the 2020s, Pax Armata found itself in a position to gain power by offering nations protection via its private military. Pax Armata used its wealth from contracts, alongside backing from a number of former NATO members known as the Coalition to fund its military power. In addition, it also served in peacekeeping roles abroad.
It was secretly designed by the CIA to essentially keep anti-American terrorist groups under one umbrella: with diverted funds, personnel, and arms to fund essentially a private military. Backed by Political Powers, the CIA, and Military Industrial Complexes: Pax Armata formed to essentially give the United States and its allies a clear antagonist. Pax consolidated anti-American groups under one umbrella but eventually fell out of the control of the CIA and became its own entity, independent of outside control.[2]
Structure[]
Pax Armata is structured similarly to any large military. It consists of a ground force labeled as Pax Armata Infantry, while also operating its own Air Force simply labeled Pax Armata Air Force.[3]
Additionally, Pax Armata has specialized troops in the form of Marines, Paratroopers, and Special Forces units, alongside an intelligence corp. Within the Pax Armata Special Forces units are the Vipers, who utilize ranged warfare, accuracy and chaos to disrupt the enemy's morale and operations.[4]
