Low altitude surveillance gear, known as Data Capsules are a new form of surveillance, filling the gap of satellites since the blackout event of 2040. It's a scramble by everyone from sovereign nations to recon groups to recover as many data drives as possible. Entering the Hazard Zone with large and small players alike is no small challenge. Gathering precious data drives, followed by successful extraction is a key mission in 2042.
