Battlefield Heroes featured several starter packs that could be purchased and redeem in the in-game store. Packs were faction specific and featured three sizes in small, medium, and large which could be purchased for $9.99, $14.99, and $19.99 respectively. Packs contained XP Boosts, Play4Free Funds, and character customization. Additionally, an exclusive skin would be awarded for the M32 MGL depending on if a pack was purchased from Amazon, GameFly, GamersGate, or Gamestop.
