Super Six Five is the pilot of a UH-60 Black Hawk and is ordered by Miss July to pick up Bravo One Charlie after Marlowe (or Haggard) destroys a BMD-3 at the farm in the mission Welcome to Bad Company. En route to the evac site, Super Six Five is shot down by an enemy AA battery, which then becomes the squad's next objective to destroy.

- The name "Super Six Five" is a direct reference to the real life events portrayed in the book and film "Black Hawk Down." In "Black Hawk Down" two MH-60's under the callsigns Super Six Four and Super Six One are both shot down by militants in the city of Mogadishu, Somalia. The real Super Six Five was badly damaged but not shot down.
- In one quote, Mike-One-Juliet confirms that Super Six Five survived the crash and was evacuated after Bravo One Charlie.
