This website wraps up some of the stuff confirmed in the BF4 livestream. It says that the Medkit is the same as it was in the previous games, which takes time to heal a player back to full health. The First Aid Pack (the smaller medkit), however, can instantly heal a player back to full health but there's a limited amount of them for a player to carry and use.

- Major enough. This is more akin to the Adrenaline Shot than the medkit.

Highly resembles the Bandage from other games. It may be worth merging there rather than Medkit. Nayhem (talk) 20:08, October 1, 2013 (UTC)
