The Believer is a Player Card featured in Battlefield 2042. It is unlock by getting 10 kills with the Rorsch Mk-4 at a distance of 75 meters or more and inflicting 1,500 damage with the same weapon.

With a final nod, Dr. Voros watched as Zain picked up the railgun and sealed him inside the lab. Zain would by him time. Hopefully enough.
Voros was nearly finished. He joined Oz because he believed Silver Spear, as he had when he started Steadfast Refuge - but it wouldn't work if he couldn't fix his code.
And it had to work.
