It released on the same day as the Open Beta Early Access on September 4, 2018. The trailer gives an overview of Battlefield V's launch and post-launch offerings, including details on its War Stories singleplayer campaign including Prolouge, Under No Flag, Nordlys, Tirailleur and The Last Tiger, multiplayer gamemodes which consist of Conquest, Conquest Assault, Breakthrough, Team Deathmatch, Frontlines, Domination, Airborne and Final Stand and upcoming features of the Tides of War live service, such as Firestorm battle royale gamemode set in the largest Battlefield map and the Greek theater of war.
Battlefield V also introducing new and improved mechanics like deeper squad play, Squad Reinforcement, new player movement, shooting grenade while in the air, ability to throw grenade back, better gun mechanics, fortifications and bullet penetration.
