Thomas Wyatt is a player character from the opening mission of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Operation Aurora.
Role
Thomas Wyatt is a U.S. Soldier who fought in the Pacific Theater of World War II. He was sent on a top secret mission, codenamed Operation: Aurora, to investigate a possible WMD threat being designed by the Japanese and extract a scientist working on it. After successfully finding a way off the island, the WMD is set off, killing Wyatt, the scientist and his squad mates. Apparently, the U.S. actually knew about the WMD and sent Wyatt and his group on a suicide mission to see the effects of the weapon.
Trivia
- He is the father of Agent Aguire who seeks revenge on the U.S. in general for technically planning Wyatt's death.
- He is also Marlowe's counterpart, along with the rest of his squad being a counterpart of Bravo 2.
- Wyatt is the first character in the Battlefield: Bad Company series who is scripted to die.
- Wyatt is also the first playable character who isn't Preston in the Battlefield: Bad Company series.
- Wyatt can be idenified in the final cutscene of the level Operation Aurora on the submarine. He is the one on the far right holding a Type 100 SMG.
