EA has announced today that the next Battlefield will be released in Fiscal year 2017 along with Titanfall 2 and Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Don't fret though Battlefield fans for it was confirmed to release in the first quarter of Fiscal year 2017, which starts in October 2016. Thats the typical release month of games in the Battlefield series, releasing about 3 years after Battlefield 4.
While we know it confirmed to return to the military setting, not much else has been revealed at the moment. DICE has kept a close lid on the game, even refusing to answer fan questions outright on social media sights. This has led to much speculation as to what setting the game will be in but time will tell. We may just have to wait until E3 2016. -- awyman13
