A Willys MB Light Jeep

The Willys GP, or Jeep, was the primary scout car for the Allied Forces in World War II, used by British and Commonwealth Forces, the American Army and the Red Army as part of the lend lease program. The Axis counterparts are the Kübelwagen and Type 95 Kurogane.

In Battlefield 1942, the Jeep has seats for only 2 people. The Jeep is often shown as Green with a white star for the American Army, tan or green with an R.A.F circle for the British Forces and a plain green paint scheme with a red star on the bonnet for the Red Army.

In the Battlefield 1942: Secret Weapons of WWII expansion, an M2 Browning and a Vickers machine gun are mounted, the Vickers for the passenger and M2 Browning on a tripod that is placed in the rear of the vehicle, bringing the total number of crew to 3.
