The Wurfrahmen 40 was a German multiple rocket launcher based on Sd. Kfz 251 Halftrack chassis, used by Wehrmacht during World War II. It was able to launch 280 mm HE or 320 mm incendiary rockets. Among the soldiers, Wurfrahmen 40 was nicknamed Stuka zu Fuss (Stuka on foot).
Wurfrahmen 40, never referred to as in game, appears in singleplayer and co-op portions of Battlefield V.
Battlefield V[]
Wurfrahmen 40 appears in several campaign and Combined Arms levels, where it is used by enemy German forces and has to be destroyed by the player(s).
Singleplayer[]
Wurfrahmen 40 first appears at the final section of Under No Flag, where it is used by German forces to shell the outpost, defended by Billy Bridger and George Mason. Eventually, all vehicles end up destroyed by British Spitfire fighters.
The vehicle plays more important role in Tirailleur, where its destruction is a separate objective, which has to be accomplished to complete the level.
Combined Arms[]
Wurfrahmen 40 first appears on Hit List level - it will start shelling players' position after they kill the first German officer and reach the bridge on a river.
It also appears on Desert Declarations - after players steal all 3 documents files, one Wurfrahmen will spawn on the big bridge (players' starting point) and will shell them with rockets salvos as they try to reach extraction point. It is recommended to destroy the launcher, as if it is ignored, it will be still shelling players during extraction, making the objective much harder.

Trivia[]
- Due to an oversight, the Wurfrahmen 40 can be driven in the second act of Tirailleur. The vehicle has a driver and two gunner seats, with the driver controlling the rocket launches - however when used by the player the rockets cannot be aimed and shoot straight forward.[1]
